Four week somatic SE mentoring circle on Zoom with Sage Hayes.

These groups are intended to support SE students at all levels deepen their somatic practice while in a collaborative learning circle. Your wisdom is welcome. We will cover cases, questions/themes and do some somatic practice.

Each week begins with a guided somatic arriving which is followed by building our agenda together. For the first week we will spend time getting to know each other through introductions. All knowledge and skill levels are welcome.

• Wednesday, January 15, 22, 29 and Feb. 5th. Our first meeting on Jan. 15th will be 3 hours, 12pm-3pm EST, the remainder or meetings will be 2 hours for a total of 9 group consultation hours.

Eligible for 3 credits towards Somatic Experiencing certification. During the 4 weeks you may miss one week and still receive credit as long as you watch the recording which is sent out every week.
