Four week somatic mentoring circle with Sage Hayes.
Round 1 dates: March 15, 22, 29, April 5th. Our first meeting on March 15th will be 3 hours, 12pm-3pm EST, the rest will be 2 hours.
Round 2 Dates: April 19, 26, May 3, 10th. Our first meeting on April 19th will be 3 hours, 12pm-3pm EST, the rest will be 2 hours, 12-2pm.
Round 3: Fridays - April 21, 28, May 5, May 12. Our first meeting on April 21rst will be 3 hours, 12pm-3pm EST, the rest will be 2 hours, 12-2pm.
Eligible for 3 credits towards Somatic Experiencing certification.
