Embodiment is the key to life for me. I have to love myself in order to love others and to make clear decisions for myself. I wake up EVERYDAY with the intention to love. To be love. My super power is my ability to see beauty in all things. Since we gotta be here on this wild and incomprehensible earth, I'm gonna enjoy every frickin' drop of it.

Radical self-care means really listening to what your body is saying to you, and providing for it. Denying what might feel, or taste good-knowing that the result is does not support what is best for your body, mind, and spirit.
